Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel the order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which they have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made for the order.

In cases where the total bill amount is more than Rs.2500 INR, order cancellation is allowed only till 24hours prior to the delivery time. If still, the customer wants to cancel the order Groceries, and Veggies reserves the right to refund only 20% of the billed amount.
